Nutrition guide

My supplement stack

What I use and why

A transparent look at the drinks, protein, collagen, vitamins and nutrition products currently in my routine.

Water, daily

My recorded daily intake is 6–8 litres. This is a personal figure, not a general recommendation. Hydration needs vary substantially with body size, weather, activity and health. Excessive water intake can be dangerous.

SAVAS soy protein bar, daily

The product label lists soy protein, vegetable oil, soy puff, cocoa mass, sugar, milk ingredients, cocoa butter, vitamins and sweetener. Ingredients and allergens can change, so I check the current packaging.

Kirin × FANCL Amino Supplement Plus, treat drink

The recorded label lists vitamin C, citric acid, arginine and citrulline. I treat this as an occasional drink rather than the foundation of my nutrition.

Nitta Gelatin Collagen Pro, daily

The product is based on hydrolysed collagen peptides and lists vitamin C, B vitamins and minerals including zinc and magnesium. I check the label for the exact current formula and serving information.

IM8, daily

IM8 describes its product as a broad daily blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, greens and pre-, pro- and postbiotics. I use it as part of my routine, not as a substitute for varied food.

Pokka Sapporo Chelate Lemon vitamin C drink, daily

My recorded label for the 155 ml drink includes lemon, sugar, vitamin C and carbon dioxide. The exact nutrition information should be checked on the current product packaging.

Alinamin Night Recover drink, daily

My recorded 50 ml label includes vitamin B1, B2 and B6 derivatives, nicotinamide, carnitine, glycine, taurine and inositol. I check the current label for dosage and warnings.
