Todd Foxx Fitness 13 · Sporting résumé
I am a project manager and dog dad in Tokyo. I like burgers and beer, and I fit serious endurance training around normal working life. I have finished an IRONMAN and a 100 km ultramarathon, alongside marathons, trail races and Spartan events.
Life outside the finish line
I am a project manager and a dog dad. Training fits around work, daily walks, rainy days, burgers and the occasional beer. Jordan is part of the routine and a reminder that life is bigger than a finish time.

Beyond my own race results
I put together the five-person Our Mindful Playground team for Tokyo Marathon 2026 RUNS:INTO KK. We finished the Night Half Marathon Relay in 1:22:15, placing 14th of 142 teams.
Each teammate received a goodie bag, including a YOLO T-shirt. It was a chance to bring people together through sport and create something memorable around the race.

My image appears in Spartan Race Japan’s Oita 2026 campaign, on the event poster, at the venue and online. Seeing a race photo become part of the campaign was a pretty cool moment.

IRONMAN story
At 43, I signed up for something I wasn’t ready for. I had only just bought a secondhand road bike. I couldn’t even swim one length of a 50-metre pool. Eighty-one days later, I crossed an IRONMAN finish line.
